Summer program in financial literacy

GEAR UP will be recruiting 9th and 10th graders to participate in the Minnesota Council on Economic Education summer program through the University of Minnesota.

Program: College Dollars & Sense – Personal Finance for Life after High School

This is a week long program: June 18th – June 22nd at the University of Minnesota

·         Students will be learning about financial literacy along with career exploration

·         The program is FREE

·         Students will be given breakfast and lunch

·         Transportation will be set-up on the North and South side for students to be able to go to and from campus

·         Facilitate Financial Literacy Lessons

·         Connect students with academic support
