South freshman on the mend!

Over Thanksgiving break, South teacher Ms. Nair and her son, another SHS Tiger, visited Trey at Gillette Children's Hospital, and report he's excited about his recovery and resuming life as a South High Tiger!

"He's doing really well...feeling much better and his biggest worry now is eating the hospital food which he hates - he had a huge stockpile of Soup in a Cup that he eats instead of the hospital food!  He said that he is excited to come back to South and get all his make up work in - he's especially excited to get back to his ceramics project. :)  He was his old self (he was my student at Folwell - why I know him so well) and was talking a mile a minute, sharing the story of the accident with us (my son was there, too) and all the things he is excited to get back to. He says he is going to try to get back to school ASAP!"

Thanks, again, to all in the South High community for holding Trey in your thoughts and prayers!
