DAPE--Developmental Adapted Physical Education

About Rodney Lossow:

I have been teaching in Minneapolis since the Fall of 1992.  I have taught DAPE and Regular Physical Education.  I currently teach DAPE full time.  Half of my teaching time is at South High School.  My philosophy with teaching DAPE is for my students to find joy in movement.  Each student will have individual goals that they will try to obtain throughout the year.  By finding enjoyment through movement, I hope that they are able to take that with them post high school and obtain a healthy lifestyle.  Please contact me if you have any questions concerning DAPE at South High School.
