The Tigers began a new era this season.  For the first time in 24 years, the Tigers would see a new head coach leading the squad.  Kirsten Holmquist was tasked with the responsibility of replacing a legend.

The team opened the season with 12 consecutive non-conference matches.  The first was a 4-3 loss to Spring Lake Park.  South then defeated Duluth East 5-2.  That was followed by a close 4-3 win over Coon Rapids.  Fridley then fell 7-0.  Irondale put up a good fight, but fell 4-3.

A stretch of bad luck hit the Tigers with seven straight losses.  Mounds View won 7-0.  Burnsville beat the Tigers in a close 4-3 match.  In a weather-shortened match, Foley won 4-1.  Henry Sibley beat the Tigers 5-2.  Bloomington Jefferson and Anoka both won by 4-3 tallies.  Hastings was the last opponent before the start of the conference season.  Hastings won 7-0.

Three more non-conference matches saw the Tigers come up with a 1-2 record.  Cannon Falls won 5-2.  The Tigers beat Robbinsdale Armstrong 4-3.The Tigers then lost to Apple Valley 4-3

North and Edison both fell 7-0, setting up the final match of the season against Southwest.  Again, both teams were undefeated.  This was for the conference title.  The Lakers took back the title with a 5-2 win.

In the Region tournament, Edina ended the Tigers season with a 7-0 win.

The Tigers finished in second place with a 4-1 record.  There is no record of the Tigers playing Henry.  Overall, the Tigers were 9-12.  Three players were named to the all-conference squad: Katie Elifson, Jessica Kendall, and Kelsey Sunberg.
