Team Photo not Available

South has won six conference titles in the past seven seasons (twice they tied with other schools). Three different head coaches lead the team.  As South went for their seventh title, they would have to do it with their fourth head coach in the last eight seasons.  Dana Pederson took over the reins of the team with Steph Hagen and Lindsey Berg joining her on the staff.

South opened the season with a 3-0 win over Henry.  This was followed by eight more wins by the same score.  North, Roosevelt, Edison, Washburn, Southwest, Henry, North (again), and Roosevelt (again) all were beaten by the Tigers.

South continued winning, beating Edison.  The score was not reported.  Washburn also lost 3-0.  The last match was against Southwest and the Tigers again won.  Again, the score was not reported.

South took on Cretin-Derham Hall again for the Twin City Championship.  Again, Cretin won, 15-7, 15-8, 15-5.

South finished the season with a 12-0 conference record and the Conference Champion.
