Why Racial Justice Day?

Listen closely and listen patiently. An admitted racist called in to CSPAN freely expressing his biases and fears. Heather McGhee of Demos calmly answered his questions about how to change. This represents the approach RJD is taking in building relationships and and affirming the multicultural, multifaceted community that is South. Racial Justice Day is a day requested by our students. They have been planning this day for months, anticipating it for a year. South High proudly supports them. RJD 2017: Wednesday, May 17.
