The Post-Secondary Enrollment Options Program allows juniors and seniors in high school to take courses, full or part-time, at a liberal arts institution, community college, technical college, a university, or non-profit, degree-granting trade school.
The purpose of the program is to promote rigorous educational pursuits and to provide a wider variety of options for students.
Courses taken through this program count for high school credit and college credit.
The tuition, fees, and required textbooks are provided at no cost to the student.
Grades received from these institutions are averaged into a student’s GPA.
