Former mayor, R.T. Rybak and alum Carly Eckstrom, '15 have added to the pomp and circumstance of the big day by kindly recording special messages for the South High Class of 2016. They know as we do, there's no grad like a South grad!

All-Night Grad Party has 36 slots to fill!

Our parent team of Senior Party volunteers has filled 16 shifts for the May 31/June 1 celebration. This means we need 34-36 more!  Please sign up here NOW. It's not a huge commitment, but it is an important one to ensure a safe, secure celebration. Thank you!

Academic All Stars recognized

Profe. Anne Marie Plante, South High's new Advanced Academics Coordinator, successfully launched a 2016 recognition event for "Academic All Stars." This designation is for students, who have demonstrated a commitment to academics, achievement and leadership. Read more

Close to 300 academic letters awarded

Congratulations to the 292 South High School students who earned academic letters! To letter in academics, students must achieve and maintain a 3.7 grade point average for the first, second and third quarter of the school year. Students at all grade levels are eligible to letter.

Gaytan letters in music

The South High Music department is pleased to announce Alicia Gaytan has earned a letter in music. This means Gaytan, a South High junior, performed in a music ensemble and achieved the 52 points needed to letter. Congratulations Alicia!
