Profe en la Universidad de Alcalá (Julio 2016)

I grew up in St.Paul and after traveling and living abroad I settled across the river in Minneapolis. Despite a lackluster first year of Spanish in high school I fell in love with the language after spending a summer in Spain my junoir year. My language experiences led me back to Spain in college and I was inspired to become a teacher while teaching at a primary school in Guatemala.

These days I stay busy hanging out with my husband and kids and taking advantage of all the great things Minneapolis has to offer. I'm thrilled to be teaching at South and look forward to providing students with a positive approach to learning Spanish. Our city has unlimited opportunites to speak Spanish and South Spanish students also have the tremendous opportunity to travel abroad with Spanish department trips. ¡Viva  el español!
