As another season of cross country began, numbers were important.  There seemed to be more runners this season than in others. 

South opened the season hosting the Tiger Invitational.  South finished fifth in the meet.  Joshua Emory, 20th place, finished one second ahead of Noah Adriany, 21st, as South’s best runners.

South travelled to Faribault for the annual meet there.  The Tigers finished 19th.  Thomas McKinney was the best South finisher.

The Rum River Run in Anoka was South’s next meet.  The Tigers finished 14th.  Thomas McKinney was again the best Tiger runner.

South ran in the Green Division of the Mustang Invitational in Maple Grove for their next meet.  The team finished 14th.  Isaac Stricherz was the best South finisher.

In the Maroon Division of the Roy Griak Invitational, South finished 50th out of 54 teams.  Noah Adriany was the best Tiger runner at this meet.

South boarded the bus for a three hour trip to Duluth to participate in the Swain Invitational.  The Tigers finished 16th in Class AA.  Noah Adriany was the best Tiger runner at this meet.

The last regular season meet of the season was the Blaine Invitational.  South finished fifth in the White Division.  Thomas McKinney was South’s best runner finishing 12th.

South finished second in the annual Conference Meet.  Thomas McKinney, eighth, John Gross, 14th, Noah Adriany, 15th, Isaac Stricherz, 16th, and Declan McGuire, 17th, were the runners whose times counted toward the team score.

The season ended at the Region 6AA meet where the Tigers finished in 12th place.  John Gross, Noah Adriany, Declan McGure, Joshua Emory and Henry Holcomb were the runners whose time counted toward the team score.

Head Coach Mark Gross was again assisted by Jennifer Huff as the coaches of the Tigers.
