Donations for the Senior Party!

Donations being accepted for Senior Party

Contribute to the annual celebration for our graduating seniors! It's our friends of South High who make this event happen each year! Thanks to all business and community members for reading the letter below from our very hard-working parent committee chairpersons.

Dear Friends of South High School:

On May 31st, nearly 400 students from the South High School Class of 2016 will graduate! To celebrate this accomplishment, students are invited to participate in the annual all-night senior party sponsored by South parents.

This event has been a huge success in past years. Past graduates have reported that it is great FUN with special activities, food, and door prizes. Parents appreciate a safe setting

with no drugs, alcohol, or driving.

This is an invitation to your business to donate a gift certificate, an item, or money for this event. We depend on your contributions because neither Minneapolis Public Schools nor South High School is able to provide financial support for this event. We want to ensure that each graduate is given the opportunity to enjoy this special event at a very special time in his or her life.

The Fundraising Committee would appreciate receiving donations of any size before May 13, 2016

  • Checks may be made payable to “South High Senior Party.”
  • Donations may be sent to:

PUSH is the official parent and community organization for the school. The mission of PUSH is to encourage communication: between parents, parents to school, and school to parents. Our goal is to create ways for every family and student to have a social connection to the school community and feel a valued member and participant within it.
