Head Coach Mark Gross began his 10th season, the second longest in Tiger History behind Warren Kaari’s 33 years.  Jennifer Huff joined the staff as his assistant.

South opened the season hosting the Tiger Invitational.  The team finished in fourth place.  Jacob Patterson, finishing 16th, was the best Tiger runner.

Travelling to Faribault, South finished in 21st place.  Jacob Patterson was again the best Tiger runner.

The Minneapolis and St. Paul Schools participated in the Twin City Grade Level Meet.  Team scores were not kept. South best runners in each division were: Robera Legese, Freshmen and Under, Danya Werth, Sophomores, Joshua Emory, Juniors, and Tristan Evans-Fargione, Seniors.

In Anoka, the Tigers finished in 17th place at the Rum River Invitational.  Flynn McKinney was South’s best finisher.

South improved to 10th place in the Burnsville Blaze Invitational.  Jacob Patterson, finishing 18th, was the best Tiger runner.

With the nationally-known Roy Griak invitational at the University of Minnesota.  South came in 42nd in the Maroon Division.  Jacob Patterson was the best Tiger runner.

South participated in the Blaine Bengal Invitational.  They finished fourth in the White Division.  Individually, Jacob Patterson, fourth, and Eloi Descamps, fifth, were the best Tiger runners.

South was ready for the Conference Meet.  South improved over last year, finishing second.  Jacob Patterson was the lone Tiger to finish in the top 10.  He finished seventh.

Many runners participated in the Lefty Wright Grade Level Meet.  South finished 22nd in the Freshman and Under division, 15th in the Sophomore division, and 17 in the Junior and Senior division. 

The Tigers’ season ended at the Region 6AA Meet.  South finished 12th.  Jacob Patterson was the best Tiger runner.
