Will the streak every end???!!! For 17 straight seasons, the South Tiger Swimming program has won both the regular season and conference meet titles.  Head Coach Jeff Sanders and his assistant, Alyssa Prater, worked hard to keep the team on and even keel.

The Tigers opened the season against the Edison/Roosevelt combined team.  South won easily 99-75.

In the second conference meet, South met the Lakers from Southwest.  A 28-point win gave the Tigers a 2-0 record.  South won 106-78.

Washburn gave the Tigers their closest conference meet, but the Tigers won 77-60.

The last conference meet was against the combined team of Henry/North.  South won, but the score was not reported, and claimed their 18th straight regular season title.

The results of the conference meet were not reported, but since South represented Minneapolis in the Twin City meet, and the winner of the Conference Meet represents Minneapolis, it can be assumed that South won this meet for the 18th consecutive time.

In the Twin City Meet South faced Cretin-Derham Hall, who won a close contest 97-89.
