For the second year in a row, Head Coach Lisa Wilson led the Tiger gymnasts in capturing the regular season title with an undefeated record.

South opened the season against Southwest, winning 112.3-99.4.  The second meet of the season saw South defeat Edison, 130.45-97.65.  South set a single meet record, breaking the record set last season.

The third meet of the season saw South defeat North 131.75-82.55.  The record the previous week was broken again.  This record stood 21 days, when South took on Roosevelt.  South set a new single-meet record with the 133.05-112.55 win. Again, this record only lasted 21 days.  On January 31, South met Washburn in the last regular season conference meet of the year.  Again, South set another single-meet record scoring 136.6.  Washburn scored 109.95.

South and Washburn represented Minneapolis in the Twin City meet against Cretin-Derham Hall and St. Paul Central.  South came out in first place, scoring 138.15 points.

The JV team also finished in first place with a 5-0 conference record.
