The 1924-1925 Tiger basketball team had a disappointing season.  The team ended up on the bottom of the standings.

In the two games against Central, South lost both, 22-13 and 23-13.

Against Edison, the first game was extremely close, with the Tommies winning 13-11.  The Tommies took control of game 2 from the start and won 30-20.

The two games against Roosevelt were extremely close.  South won the first game 14-13, while Roosevelt took the second game, 21-19.

North handed two more losses to the Tigers, winning 18-13 and 29-12.

Marshall High School (the former East High) beat the Tigers in the first game 22-20.  South exacted some revenge in the second game winning 21-14.

At the end of the season, Floyd Felt was named to the All-Conference team by the Minneapolis Journal.
